Collaborative Project: A User-Friendly, Noninvasive Neuro-Orthosis That Restores Volitionally Controlled Grasp Functions for SCI Survivors with Tetraplegia
After four years at Battelle, Eric Meyers joined the University of Texas at Dallas in June 2024 as an Assistant Professor. He has spent his career developing technology to enhance recovery after injury to the nervous system. His expertise includes closed-loop neurorehabilitation, biomarker discovery, neuromodulation to facility neuroplasticity, and bioelectronic medicine. He holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
